º . Seguro contra Accidentes . El Director de Prevención y Atención de Desastres del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia adelantará, anualmente, los trámites legales para la selección del contratista y el perfeccionamiento y legalización de un contrato de seguro contra accidentes que ampare a los Miembros Voluntarios de los Organismos de Socorro que formen parte del Sistema Nacional para la Prevención y Atención de Desastres, hasta el monto de los recursos que le hayan sido transferidos por el Fondo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana, Fonsecon, para tal fin.
