º. Proveedor de segmento espacial . Se entiende por proveedor de segmento espacial, toda persona facultada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones para suministrar el segmento espacial de una o varias redes de satélites, para su propio uso o para proveerlo a terceras personas, con sujeción a las normas que establece el presente Decreto.
