El Certificado de Disponibilidad Presupuestal para proveer los nombramientos de Director General de Agencia, Secretario General de Agencia y Jefe de Presupuesto o quien haga sus veces, de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Agencia del Inspector General de Tributos, Rentas y Contribuciones Parafiscales (ITRC), será expedido por el Director Administrativo del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público o por quien haga sus veces, con cargo a los respectivos presupuestos.
