Bajo las sanciones previstas en el artículo 83, en armonía con los artílculos92, 95, 100 y 101 del Código de Comercio está prohibido a los corredores de Bolsa negociar por cuenta propia, por si o por interpuesta persona, con valores a títulos que hacen la materia or dinaria de sus operaciones. Sin embargo, si por motivos ajenos a especulación, alguno de los miembros de la Bolsa deseare adquirir o enajenar valores de los mencionados, deberá comunicar la oper ación al Gerente de la Bolsa, y este a su vez estará obligado a informar quincenalmente al Superintendente Bancario de las operaciones que hayan realizado para sí los miembros.
