A los enfermos que por fuga o de cualquiera otra manera violen el aislamiento en que se les mantiene en las leproserías, se les aplicara, en los casos de reincidencia, además de las penas de que trate el artículo 36 de la Ley 32 de 1918 , la de traslación a otro lazareto, decretada por el Director General de Lazaretos. Igual pena podrá imponerse a los enfermos que observen mala conducta en los establecimientos en donde estén aislados.
