º La Medalla del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad en el grado de "cumplimiento excepcional des deber" se otorgará al funcionario del Departamento que, además de tener un óptimo y normal desempeño de sus tareas se caracterice excepcionalmente por sus virtudes cívicas y ciudadanas, compañerismo, dedicación al trabajo, lealtad a la institución, colaboración, interés profesional, intachable moral y espíritu de cuerpo.
