La dudas que se presenten en la aplicación de este Decreto y las providencias que se dicten en su desarrollo, serán resueltas por el Médico previa consulta con el Ministro de Guerra. Deróganse las disposiciones que sean contrarias al presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
