Vencidos los términos señalados en los literales c), d) y e) del artículo 7° del Decreto 1208 de 1973, el Juez de oficio o a solicitud del Gerente del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, quien la formulará directamente o mediante apoderado dictará un auto en el que disponga el dinero del depósito judicial sea transferido al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia y ordene oficiar en tal sentido al banco depositario.
