ARTICULO 51 . Retiro y devolución de la demanda de parte civil . No obstante haber sido admitida la demanda, mientras no se hubiere realizado gestión alguna o dirigido petición diferente a su formulación, ésta y sus anexos podrán ser retirados sin necesidad de desglose alguno. Excepto cuando se hayan aportado pruebas, las cuales se conservarán dentro del expediente. Cuando la demanda haya sido inadmitida será devuelta al demandante.
