El extranjero afectado por una de estas memdidas, podrá ser migratorias, cuando por sus antecedentes o mala conducta, fuere considerado un individuo peligroso o cuando se presuma que intentará eludir su cumplimiento. En caso de ser necerario ésta medida se prolongará hasta tanto se resuelva los recursos de ley.
