El empleado nombrado en período de prueba tiene derecho a permanecer en el cargo por el término señalado en su nombramiento y en el de la prórroga de este período, siempre y cuando observe buena conducta y cumpla con lealtad, eficiencia y honestidad los deberes de su empleo. También tiene derecho a obtener la oportuna calificación de sus servicios para efectos de su inscripción en la Carrera.
