El artículo 38 de la Ley 66 de 1968 quedará así: La inspección y vigilancia de las sociedades anónimas que se dediquen exclusivamente a las actividades reguladas en los artículos 1º y 2º de la Ley será ejercida por la Superintendencia Bancaria en los mismos términos señalados por el Código de Comercio para la Superintendencia de Sociedades. Sobre aquellas que tengan diferentes objetos sociales, la inspección y vigilancia continuará siendo ejercida por la respectiva Superintendencia en toda aquello que no se relacione con las actividades a que se refieren los artículos 1º y 2º de este Decreto y por el Superintendente Bancario en lo relativo a estas actividades.
