Modifícase el numeral 4 del artículo 33 del Decreto 101 de 2000, el cual quedará así: " 4. Proponer para la consideración del Ministro de Transporte elementos en materia de política y estructura tarifaria sobre peajes que garanticen el adecuado mantenimiento, operación, seguridad de los usuarios y desarrollo de la red nacional de carreteras, así como las tarifas y tasas a cobrar por el uso de la misma. El Consejo Directivo velará por la continuidad de los programas en materia de seguridad vial, para lo cual dentro de la estructura tarifaria de peajes se tendrá en cuenta este factor."
