Art. 1 . Las faltas absolutas o temporales de los majistrados de la corte suprema federal, se llenarán por medio de cinco suplentes que anualmente debe nombrar el Congreso en los primeros quince dias de su reunión.

Estos nombramientos serán libres i se harán separadamente, i por órden numérico.
