Del mantenimiento de disciplina policial y el Comportamiento personal son responsables todos los servidores de la Policía Nacional; por tanto, se mantiene mediante el ejercicio de los derechos y el cumplimiento de los deberes. Institucionales de su grado o cargo, todos los miembros de la Policía Nacional, deberán coadyuvar al mantenimiento del comportamiento personal y la disciplina policial.
