° Para los efectos de esta Ley se denominan utilidades líquidas las que resulten de restarles a las utilidades de cada ejercicio las reservas y el fondo indispen­sable 'para pagar las prestaciones ordenadas por las leyes.

Las utilidades líquidas no podrán ser mayores del seis por ciento (6% anual).

Las utilidades líquidas que les correspondan a las accio­nes del Gobierno Nacional, ingresarán a un fondo especial denominado de recapitalización, con el propósito; de sus­cribir y adquirir para el Estado nuevas acciones a"rnedida que se decreten aumentos de capital.

Las utilidades líquidas que correspondan a los demás ac­cionistas, se les entregarán a sus respectivos dueños.
