Article 5

Si Al Ser Incorporado Un Empleado A Un Cargo De Diferente Categoría Cuyo Sueldo De Ingreso Sea Inferior O Igual Al Adquirido Por Motivo De Prima De Antigüedad, Continuarán Vigentes Los Tiempos Que Atienen A Su Favor En La Fecha De Expedición Del Presente Decreto Para Efectos De Dicha Prima Parágrafo

°. Si al ser incorporado un empleado a un cargo de diferente categoría cuyo sueldo de ingreso sea inferior o igual al adquirido por motivo de Prima de Antigüedad, continuarán vigentes los tiempos que atienen a su favor en la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto para efectos de dicha Prima

Parágrafo

A quien ingrese al servicio con posterioridad al presente Decreto, el tiempo para el reconocimiento de la Prima de Antigüedad se comenzará a contar a partir de la fecha en que tome posesión de su cargo.
