Artículo primero. La parcelación y adjudicación de las zonas rurales y. suburbanas de propiedad de la. Nación, ubicadas en jurisdicción del Municipio de Contratación'(Santander) la llevará a cabo la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, entidad que podrá delegar, dicha facultad en el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria- INCORA.
