El que con un propósito ilícito y mediante amenazas, violencia física o moral o de maniobras engañosas de cualquier género, se apodere, secuestre o haga desviar de su ruta a una aeronave, incurrirá, por este solo hecho, en pena de presidio de tres a seis años.
