Las solicitudes de restitución adelantadas por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas en favor de las madres cabeza de familia y de las mujeres despojadas, al igual que las solicitudes que sean presentadas ante el Juez o Magistrado por mujeres que pretendan la restitución de tierras de conformidad con los mandatos de esta ley, serán sustanciadas con prelación, para lo cual se pospondrá la atención de otras solicitudes.
