Artículo único. Los contratos que celebren los Ministros del Despacho para la compra de útiles de escritorio u otros semejantes, o de carácter urgente, que no excedan de doscientos pesos oro ($200), no necesitan de licitación previa, ni de posterior aprobación del Consejo de Ministros. Publíquese.
