Transitorio. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el Capítulo 23 del Título 1 Parte 6 del Libro 1 del Decreto 1625 de 2016, Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria, las visas expedidas por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, así como los permisos de ingreso y permanencia que acreditan la calidad migratoria y conceden el beneficio a la devolución, mantendrán su vigencia por el término de expedición,
