º . Traspaso . Traspásase la Unidad Administrativa Especial sin personería jurídica "Escuela Nacional del Deporte", al municipio de Cali, el cual a través del ente receptor creado para el efecto recibirá la entidad educativa. El traspaso dispuesto deberá surtirse de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1052 del 6 de abril de 2006.
