El régimen de sanciones por el incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente reglamento técnico será el consagrado en la Ley 09 de 1979 en concordancia con el Decreto 3075 de1997 y en las disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
