VIGILANCIA Y CONTROL DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE CONSTRUCCION Y ENAJENACION DE INMUEBLES DESTINADOS A VIVIENDA: Los concejos municipales ejercerán la vigilancia y control de las actividades de construcción y enajenación de inmuebles destinados a vivienda, de que trata el numeral 7o. del artículo 313 de la Constitución Política, dentro de los límites señalados al respecto por las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes.

Parágrafo TRANSITORIO

: El ejercicio de las funciones de vigilancia y control de que trata este artículo se llevará a cabo por parte de los municipios después de transcurridos seis (6) meses a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, término dentro del cual la Superintendencia de Sociedades trasladará a los municipios los documentos relativos a tales funciones e impartirá la capacitación que las autoridades de éstos requieran para el cabal cumplimiento de las mismas.
