Los Guarda-parques enviarán mensualmente á la Secretaría de Guerra y Marina, copia del Cuadro de movimiento de elementos de guerra á que se refiere el artículo 8.°, el cual será examinado por la mencionada Secretaría, comparándolo, al efecto, con el libro respectivo y haciendo las observaciones que crea convenientes.
