Valor Base Del Certificado De Incentivo Forestal De Conservación

Decreto 900 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta el Certificado de Incentivo Forestal para Conservación.

º. Valor base del certificado de incentivo forestal de conservación. El valor base del certificado de incentivo forestal de conservación será de 7 salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes por hectárea de bosque y podrá ser ajustado por la autoridad ambiental competente, de acuerdo con los factores establecidos en el artículo 11 del presente Decreto, para obtener el valor total del incentivo. A juicio de la autoridad ambiental competente, se podrá aumentar el área calificada como ecosistema natural boscoso poco o nada intervenido siempre que exista disponibilidad presupuestal para ello. En ningún caso el área total objeto del incentivo podrá superar el máximo previsto en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 4º del presente Decreto.
