Un retrato al óleo del doctor Felipe Pérez, costeado por el Tesoro Nacional, será colocado en el salón de la Cámara de Representantes, y otro en la Casa de Gobierno de la ciudad de Tunja.

Parágrafo

La suma necesaria para ello se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto.
