Prestación del servicio con vehículos particulares. Los vehículos particulares autorizados para prestar el servicio escolar en virtud del presente Capítulo podrán operar exclusivamente en la jurisdicción del municipio para el cual fueron autorizados. Cuando la residencia del escolar o la sede del establecimiento educativo se encuentren situadas en jurisdicción de un municipio contiguo se podrá extender su operación únicamente en el recorrido entre la sede del establecimiento y la residencia del escolar.
