Artículo séptimo. Desde la vigencia del Arancel de que trata este Decreto, la estadística sobre comercio exterior de la Nación se sujetará en todas sus partes a la nomenclatura que sirve de base a la nueva Tarifa. El Gobierno, por intermedio del Ministerio de Hacienda, tendrá la facultad de dictar las normas que estime convenientes para garantizar la oportuna y adecuada elaboración de dicha estadística.
