El INTRA llevará el registro de todas las licencias de conducción que se expidan, con estas anotaciones

1.

Número y clase de la licencia.

2.

Nombre del interesado.

3.

Número y lugar de expedición del documento de identidad.

4.

Domicilio.

5.

Nacionalidad.

6.

Fecha y lugar de nacimiento.

7.

Señales particulares.

8.

Tipo de sangre.

9.

Defectos físicos.

10.

Historial de infracciones de tránsito.

11.

Revalidación o refrendaciones (fecha y número).

12.

Las demás que por reglamento lleguen a exigirse.
