Art. 1.° Destinase del Tesoro nacional la suma de ocho mil pesos ($ 8,000) para ausiliar la construcción del camino de herradura de que trata la lei 14 de 1878, espedida por la Asamblea lejislativa del Estado do Boyacá, i que partiendo del distrito de Macana, termine en un punto del Meta dónde este rio sea navegable.
