Art. 1.° Desde el dia 1. ° del mes siguiente al de la promulgación de esta lei, en la ciudad de Panamá, disfrutarán los empleados de aquella Gobernación las asignaciones anuales siguientes: el Gobernador cuarenta mil reales: el Secretario doce mil, el oficial primero ocho mil, el segundo seis mil cuatrocientos, el tercero cuatro mil ochocientos; el escribiente portero tres mil doscientos.
