Gastos por implementación del presente decreto . Los gastos en que incurran las entidades por la implementación de las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto, deberán ser asumidos con cargo a los recursos incluidos en su presupuesto para cada vigencia fiscal, respetando el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y el Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo.
