Si no se ocurriere a contestar la demanda, o si se contesta conviniendo e los hechos, y fuere admisible en todo la prueba de confesión, el Juez fallará dentro de tres días. Si no fuere admisible la prueba de confesión o se negare alguno o algunos de los hechos, se abrirá el juicio a pruebas por seis días.
