Art. 51. Por el Ministro de Instrucción Pública se repartirá en los Departamentos un catálogo de los textos que adopte para el estudio de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras ; y se formará un cuerpo de programas de tales cursos, el que igualmente será repartido en los Departamentos. En dichos programas se determinará la extensión de cada curso.
