Art. 6.° Espirado el término que queda señalado para la formacion de la lista de pobladores, queda abierto otro de dos años para las adjudicaciones, tambien improrogable. Pasado este término, los pobladores que pretendan tierras en calidad de tales deben ocurrir directamente al Poder Ejecutivo, como está prevenido por el articulo 13 de la lei en referencia.
