Registro de los recaudos . Los recaudadores de la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola están obligados a llevar un registro contable de las sumas recaudadas, en el cual se anotarán los siguientes datos

Nombre e identificación del sujeto pasivo de la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola.

Fecha y número del comprobante de pago de la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola.

Especie de fruta u hortaliza sobre la cual se paga la cuota.

Municipio en donde se origina la Cuota de Fomento Hortifrutícola.

Cantidad del producto que causa la Cuota, señalada en kilogramos.

Valor recaudado.

Parágrafo

Este mismo registro deberá ser llevado por la entidad administradora del Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola, incluyendo además el nombre e identificación del recaudador. (Decreto número 3748 de 2004, artículo 5°)
