Art. 203. Para ello se tendrán presentes los documentos que existan, y servirán de base las cuentas anteriores y posteriores á la que se forme, si las hubiere.

El Administrador graduará el honorario que corresponda por esta comisión al empleado ó comisionado que forme la cuenta, el cual será satisfecho por el Tesoro nacional con cargo ejecutivo contra el responsable, sus fiadores ó herederos.
