Modifíquese el

Parágrafo

del artículo 3.1.1.1.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "

Las normas de la presente Parte no aplican a los fondos de pensiones y de cesantías, a los Fondos Voluntarios de Pensión previstos en el Libro 42 de la Parte 2 del presente decreto, a los fondos mutuos de inversión, ni a los fondos de capital extranjero previstos en la Parte 17 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, ni a los fondos de inversión inmobiliaria creados en virtud del inciso segundo del artículo 41 de la Ley 820 de 2003 antes de su derogatoria.".
