Quien no tenga la licencia profesional correspondiente obtenida conforme a la Ley 70 de 1979 y este Decreto, no podrá ejercer la Profesión de topógrafo ni hacer uso del título ni de otras abreviaturas comúnmente usadas para, denominar tal profesión, en placas, anuncios, avisos o publicaciones. La violación de esta disposición será sancionada, de acuerdo con las normas que castigan el ejercicio ilegal de una profesión.
