Empleo del personal suspendido. El personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional que sea suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones, previo permiso concedido por el juez competente, podrá ser empleado en labores auxiliares de caráter técnico o administrativo, dentro de la respectiva instalación, siempre que éstas no impliquen vigilancia o manejo de bienes o dineros.
