Art. 329. Cuando la falta ó faltas revistan carácter de suma gravedad, á juicio del Rector de la Escuela, se prescindirá del orden establecido en el artículo anterior para la aplicación de las penas, y se expulsará de la Universidad al culpable, aunque la falta haya sido cometida por primera vez; pero la expulsión no se llevará á efecto sino con la aprobación del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública.
