º . Modifíquese el artículo 5° del Decreto 4173 de 2011, el cual quedará así: Artículo 5°. Dirección . La dirección de la Agencia del Inspector General de Tributos, Rentas y Contribuciones Parafiscales (ITRC) estará a cargo del Director General de la misma, quien será empleado de libre nombramiento y remoción, designado por el Presidente de la República.
