Artículo decimoquinto. Los aportes que sean fijados a las empresas aportantes en virtud de los establecido en el presente Decreto, serán cancelado por éstas a "CAXDAC" dentro de los primeros quince (15) días de cada mes. Transcurrido dicho término las empresas aportantes deberán pagar a "CAXDAC", además, un interés de mora del uno y cinco por ciento (1.5%) mensual sobre saldos vencidos.
