La entidad, a través del área de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y con el apoyo de la Aseguradora de Riesgos Laborales (ARL), podrá realizar visitas al domicilio registrado del teletrabajador, evaluar y controlar los riesgos asociados al trabajo en su domicilio y verificar que el teletrabajador cumpla los deberes.
