Articulo 1º Crease el Comité Coordinador de la Planeación Intersectorial que será presidido por el Jefe, o el Subjefe en su defecto, del Departamento Nacional de Planeación y estará conformado por un delegado de los siguientes sectores contemplados en el plan de "Cambio con Equidad": Agricultura, Industria, Vivienda, Minas y Energía, Obras Públicas y Transporte, Comunicaciones, Acueducto y Alcantarillado, Turismo, Comercio, Trabajo y Seguridad Social, Educación, Salud y Justicia.
Parágrafo
Participaran como invitados especiales en el Comité, un delegado de los siguientes funcionarios: Presidente de la República, Ministro de Hacienda , Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Estadística y Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
