TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3.° El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, una vez sancionada la presente Ley, dictara las medidas conducentes para que la Comisión técnica de ingenieros que labore en la construcción de la carretera de que trata el Artículo 1o. extienda sus estudios y planos hasta los lugares de que se trata.

Parágrafo

Los planos una vez aprobados por dicho Ministerio se pasaran a la Junta Departamental de Obras Publicas del Departamento Norte de Santander para su ejecución.
