Con el fin de asignarle recursos de origen nacional, la Corporación tendrá derecho a: El diez por ciento (10%) de las sumas que le correspondan a la Nación por concepto de regalías, cánones o beneficios provenientes de la explotación de recursos naturales no renovables que se adelanten en el área de jurisdicción; El diez por ciento (10%) de las sumas que le correspondan al Departamento y los municipios por concepto de regalías, cánones o beneficios provenientes de la explotación de recursos naturales no renovables en el área de jurisdicción.
