Del funcionamiento de las Comisiones Consultivas. Las Comisiones Consultivas deberán sesionar con los representantes de los servidores, por lo menos una vez al mes, dejando constancia en el acta correspondiente de que las citaciones a todos sus miembros se hicieron personalmente. Las decisiones se tomarán por el voto afirmativo de la mayoría de los asistentes a la reunión. En caso de empate, decidirá quien haya sido designado para presidir la comisión.
